HOUSTON, TX (April 23, 2012) – Award-winning IBM Premier Business Partners Ixion and Timergrove Solutions have merged forming a new, larger, more capable company, Element Blue. Element Blue will be launched and its new strategic direction unveiled at the IBM Impact conference to be held in Las Vegas, April 29-May 3.

The leadership of Element Blue consists of Steven Gerhardt (former partner and co-founder of Ixion), Ian Uriarte (former President and owner of Timbergrove Solutions) and Joey Bernal, recently an executive IT specialist in the IBM Software Group and chief programmer of IBM’s Intelligent Operations Center. Element Blue’s three areas of focus are:

  • Intelligent Operations, led by Joey Bernal
  • Business Process Management, led by Saqib Siddiqui
  • Web Experience, led by Sean Grigg

Energy, healthcare, retail and government markets are included in the firm’s focus.
